I think Democrats may be worse at politics than Republicans because they are not so driven by anger and cultural resentment.  Cultural resentment seems to be a kind of aphrodisiac for political rage that makes possible political ruthlessness.  Republicans know how to keep their hard ons.  Cultural resentment = political online pharmacy.
